Kaveh Dastouri

Postdoctoral Fellow at the Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research (BICMR)

About Me

My name is Kaveh Dastouri, and I was born in Heris, East Azerbaijan, Iran, in 1995. I earned my Ph.D. in mathematics at Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran under the supervision of Prof. Ali Iranmanesh. I completed a postdoctoral position at Tarbiat Modares University (2024–2025), where my research focused on representation theory and finite groups. In December 2025, I began a new postdoctoral appointment at the Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research (BICMR), Peking University, under the supervision of Prof. Jiping Zhang. I will have a research stay at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, Germany (July–December 2026), hosted by Prof. Günter Malle.
